I’d like to share my small experience with training settings for
seizures.
Well, during training with one epileptic woman, I’ve got a sort of
stagnation, one day. No progress at all, frankly speaking.
Initially, I exploited SMR/Theta protocol with SRC and RP set to
values of 500 and 0 ms accordingly for “Focus” protocol.
Well, but after careful reading of Dr. B. Sterman articles about so
called “Post Reinforcement Synchronization” (PRS), eventually, I set
SCR to zero and RP to 2000 ms.
And right after first session with these new settings, we got a new
dramatic growth in SMR level: 1,5 times to baseline!
So, as far as I can understand, PRS is a very important
consideration in NFB therapy.
Sure, I can provide here all articles, that I used, if necessary.

P.S. Great respect to Tom and his team for ability of BMr software
to regulate SCR and RP. Really crucial feature for me!
