Peripheral settings files

Attached are various settings file for peripheral biofeedback with and without EEG.

Some of these will be used at my workshop at AAPB in San Diego.

The design Tom_C_BVP_HR_RESP.bmz combines Blood Volume Pulse, Heart Rate Variability, and Respiratory Effort into one design, and was set up with in collaboration with Ron Swatzyna.  It is described in the attached pdf file.
