The extended warranty for your BrainMaster module covers both parts and labor for any unforeseen issues that may arise. Although we meticulously handcraft each unit to our specifications in Ohio, electronic components can still sometimes encounter issues. If repairs are not covered by a warranty, the minimum service fee starts at $100, and more extensive repairs can cost significantly more. However, Affiliate Members benefit from free repairs and replacements (subject to our discretion), providing potentially substantial savings. Extended warranties are available in 12-month increments. Also, with your initial purchase, you automatically receive an additional courtesy extended warranty, which begins 90 days after the original 90-day warranty ends.
