As a member, you enjoy a variety of benefits! This includes an extended warranty, technical support, list server access, web listing services, and preferred pricing.
The extended warranty covers the cost of parts and labor if any unforeseen issues arise with your BrainMaster module. Each unit is hand-crafted to our specifications in Ohio. However, like any electronic device, problems can occur. Repairs not covered by the warranty come with a minimum service fee of $100, and extensive repairs can cost much more. However, Affiliate Members receive repairs and replacements at no additional charge! It offers significant savings. Please note that your Affiliate Membership includes a complimentary extended warranty for one device. Any additional warranties must be purchased for other BrainMaster devices you own.
In addition to the extended warranty, Affiliate Members receive complimentary technical support from BrainMaster’s dedicated staff. Non-members must pay for technical support, with costs varying based on the issue.
Your list server membership provides 24/7 access to industry experts and fellow BrainMaster family members. This platform allows users to share operational tips, technical suggestions, and insights from their experiences providing Neurofeedback services. It’s a valuable resource for both new practitioners and seasoned professionals, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange among BrainMaster users.
To help grow your business, BrainMaster offers a website listing service. You can choose a classified listing on our Affiliate Membership locator pages or request a personalized webpage where you can feature photos, credentials, specializations, and other relevant information about your practice. This service also provides links to your email or personal website. This helps potential clients or other BrainMaster users find your clinic. The value of this marketing opportunity alone exceeds the cost of your Affiliate Membership.
As an Affiliate Member, you are also eligible for preferred pricing through the Progressive Clinician Courtesy Program (PCCP). This program offers discounts of 10% to 40% on non-member prices as you expand your Neurofeedback offerings. For those interested in remote training or increasing their in-clinic use of BrainMaster equipment, the PCCP provides further discounts on additional equipment and software. You receive this membership benefit at no extra charge as long as you maintain an active Affiliate Membership and continue making purchases from BrainMaster.
All these benefits, including the extended warranty, technical support, and PCCP discounts, are provided free of charge for the first year as part of the Courtesy Affiliate Membership included with your initial purchase. To continue receiving these benefits after the first year, you’ll need to maintain an active Affiliate Membership by renewing annually or bi-annually.
