Rover – A New Concept in Neuromodulation and Biofeedback

BrainMaster is pleased to announce The Rover, a new concept in biofeedback and neuromodulation. The Rover encompasses multiple stimulation modalities.  This handheld device can control devices for pulsed electromagnetic fields (pEMF), photo biomodulation (PBM), as well as photic (visual) and auditory stimulation.
It can operate autonomously, providing up to 7 separate outputs, and is capable of driving pEMF coils, PBM IR LEDs, as well as photic glasses and conventional headphones or earbuds.

The Rover is a handheld, intelligent stimulus controller that can operate at frequencies over 1 MHz (1,000,000 Hz) all the way down to eeg, hrv, and infra-low frequencies. It can be used as a “standalone” controller, providing drive channels for pEMF, PBM, visual, or auditory stimuli, using a variety of output devices. It can be expanded with downloadable software enhancements and updates.

Rover’s interfaces include 2 USB ports (one for power and one for Rover firmware updates(optional)), 2 pEMF outputs, and 2 PBM outputs, an auxiliary output, photic glasses output, as well as a stereo audio output channel. The control programs include the StimField protocols, a library of Nogier, Solfeggio, and Rife frequencies, and an authentic emulation (with additional controls) of the original pROSHI complex protocols. Audio outputs support binaural beats as well as standard audio “entrainment” protocols. Users can create their own designs using a custom mode.

Rover can be used with existing photic glasses, earphones, microTesla coils, or other compatible devices with a 2.5/3.5 mm jack interface. Rover has specialized, high-response circuitry to effectively control everything from light-emitting diodes for photic (visual) stimulation, infrared diodes for PBM, headphones or earbuds for audio feedback, or pEMF coils for weak (up to 1000 microtesla) electromagnetic frequency control. It can be interfaced directly with BrainMaster’s e-Avatar headset, providing integrated wearable control and neuromodulation.

Rover also has built-in pEMF coils and PBM diodes built into the device itself, for use without any external connections.  The Rover can be held anywhere, providing stimulation to any areas of the head, neck, or body.  It is possible to do vagus nerve stimulation, for example, simply by placing the Rover against the neck, providing the same benefits as other vagus nerve products.  Users have found that animals such as pets and horses, can respond to pEMF or PBM stimulation, as well.

Why neuromodulation? Neuromodulation uses a combination of traditional and emerging techniques, to provide options for introducing specific frequencies and modalities, as used to modulate brain activity towards indicated goals. Neuromodulation offers rapid and specific interventions using minute and safe levels of light, sound, or electromagnetic fields (less than a cellphone), providing the brain and body with subtle but specific information. With the microTesla coils, up to 1000 microTesla can be produced by each coil.

The “StimField II” protocols recreate the control program built into the original StimField (by NeuroShifts) controller. These are useful for general AVS sessions, following these established designs. This controls all modalities including photic glasses, LED panels, headphones, pEMF coils, or PBM emitters.

The Custom Control Screen allows you to select any frequencies for left and right, controlling Audio, photic/pEMF, or Photo Biomodulation, with complete flexibility. You can even choose the output waveform for audio coming through the DAC (Sine, Triangle, Sawtooth, and Square). You can manually program different left and right frequencies to implement a binaural beat protocol.

The Body Tuner screen pre-programs popular Solfeggio, Rife, and Nogie frequencies for body wellness training.

The exclusive “qROSHI” control system is faithful to the original “pROSHI bb” complex adaptive algorithm designed by Chuck Davis, validated using detailed oscilloscope analysis. This protocol also has further enhancements to make it adjustable from his original timing, for a wide range of variations. When used with photic glasses or ROSHI pEMF coils, this protocol provides the authentic “pROSHI” experience, plus provides further exploration possibilities.

Using the optional Passthrough mode, the Rover can be controlled by the stim outputs of an Atlantis or Echo. It amplifies the signals, providing a “powered hub” function. When used under PC control, the Rover provides a closed loop “operant learning” biofeedback system combining brain and body feedback with precise frequencies of low-level energy information (electromagnetic, photo biomodulation, photic, or auditory). The Custom Control Screen allows you to select any frequencies for left and right, controlling Audio, photic/pEMF, or PhotoBioModulation, with complete flexibility.
