The HeartMath Sensor Package for BrainMaster provides an interface to the standard HeartMath Sensors to be used in the BrainAvatar ® Software. This is used to train the client to observe their heartbeat. Heart Rate (HR) and Heart Rate Variability ( HRV ) training are generally used with breathing training to strengthen the natural sympathetic/parasympathetic cycle. This interface allows a whole new level to the HeartMath Sensor, and allows it to be utilized with all Modalities in the BrainAvatar ® Software.
